#7 on my 2010 list is to run 1,000 miles.  That's an average of ~2.75 miles per day.  I set 1,000 as the number because I have no idea how many miles I've run in previous years, so I don't know if that's on track for the amount of running planned for the year. 
I hope this goal also makes me keep better track of my workouts/running.  Like so many things, I start of strong and focused, and then putter out after a week or two.  I think I'm looking for consistency.  Isn't consistency what I need to improve my running.
