The first day back at the gym after, uhm, a few days off is always tough. Hell, getting out the door to go back to the gym is tough enough. I did manage to get my arse back last night - even if it wasn't for a great workout. A little weight lifting - a little cardio - a good feeling of at least I did something.
And, even though this is a little blurb of a blog post, it's something, too.
